Joe can give you a quote based on your job or we can do the job more economically by charging you by the day for the contractor and any electrical or plumbing subcontractors that come in on your task.  In most cases we call in the material lists and you pay for them directly.  This way of doing business will usually save you about 30%-40%  on your job.

The way Joe usually works is he calls in larger order of materials retaining our trade discounts for you. You pay directly for the materials saving you the upcharges other contractors charge you for which can be a 20%-40% savings to our clients on those supplies

If you are doing a larger job, Joe will provide you a full contract with your agreed upon scope of work, prices and dates. It is a comprehensive contract and covers all aspects of the job. As you make payments you will receive updated invoices with what has been paid and what is owed. If you add work to your renovation, you will be provided with an addendum to your contract with dollar amount to be added to your contract. If you are working on a daily basis, he is paid on Fridays.  At the end of the job you will receive a receipt emailed with all monies received for your records if requested.
